A Goldendoodle is a cross between a Poodle and a Golden Retriever. There are different generations, sizes, and colors of Goldendoodles. Their sizes range from toy/mini, all the way up to standard. Here at KMD we mainly focus on breeding the miniature and medium sizes. We also only breed the F-1B’s (Goldendoodle dam x Poodle sire), and multigen’s (also known as an F-2B, which is Goldendoodle dam x Goldendoodle sire). By adding more Poodle into the mix you’re going to get the wavier, softer, non-shed, hypoallergenic coats.

Goldendoodles are very intelligent dogs with the biggest hearts and willing to please personalities. They are amazing family dogs and do very well with children and other animals. They also make wonderful therapy, service, or emotional support dogs and are very commonly seen in nursing homes and hospitals as visitation dogs.

These sweet dogs are more than just pets, they are wonderful companions and additions to any family.
