Bernedoodle

A Bernedoodle is a cross between a purebred Poodle and a purebred Bernese Mountain Dog. There are different generations, sizes, and colors of Bernedoodles. Their sizes range from miniature up to standard. Here at KMD we only breed the F-1B’s (Bernedoodle dam x Poodle sire), and multigen’s (also known as an F-2B, which is Bernedoodle dam x Bernedoodle sire). By adding more Poodle into the mix we are producing puppies with the wavier, softer, non-shed, hypoallergenic coats, along with the smaller size.

Bernedoodles are becoming very popular, as many people agree that this breed is the best of both worlds. These are extremely loving, docile, and intelligent dogs, with hearts of gold. They are big cuddle bugs that love to lounge around on the couch, because of their disposition they make wonderful therapy dogs. Bernedoodles are the perfect family dog.
